Perfect for Jobsite saws, or anyone who wants a smaller Sled
See the images for the exact size comparison. in these images, this is the smaller sled.
Tested on more than 10 Jobsite saws, including Dewalt, Sawstop, Wen, Ryobi, Bosch, Skil, Metabo, Ridgid, Craftsman, Delta, and others. And this works perfectly on all of them.
This sled is unique in the marketplace, and we’ll be seeking a patent.
It’s made of high grade Baltic Birch, and all hardware is included. It’s precision CNC and Laser made.
This is version 2.0. and has better flatter fences, and eliminates the problem associated with a removable section by changing the fence and eliminating it. Also contains an aluminum flip stop which now allows the stop to go to the blade. (old stop couldn't cut pieces shorter than 2-1/4"). It also includes the t-track for the stop block. And of course a detailed set of printed drawings and explanations.
It will do flawless crosscuts, bevel cuts, miter cuts, dado cuts, tenon cuts, picture frames and more. No sled on the market can even come close to doing all of these functions.
it works on both right tilting and left tilting tables saws with no modifications
Plus it will be lighter than almost any sled out there. It also has replaceable zero-clearance inserts in the sled base, and in the fence.
The front fence (the one away from the operator) is quickly removable to allow cuts for nearly any width, or miters for super long boards. And it pops back on as soon as the cutting is done.
This is the actual sled (some assembly required), not just plans. Although it will include plans to help you assemble, and in case you need to make another.
It includes All hardware for the sled as shown in the video. All screws, bolts, nuts, washers, star knobs, toggle clamp, hold down clamp, ruler, t-tracks, miter bars, digital angle finder, aluminum Flip stop (no longer includes the poly adhesive rule).
You'll need, glue, tools & some sandpaper to assemble the components and mate it to your saw. It's like any other woodworking sled, it will need some assembly. All critical wood components are cut and assembled. Note variances from first video: you will need to mount the long ruler and affix the digital angle finder.
Depending on order status, during sales periods delivery could be up to 4 weeks.
